Zagreb: Abdominal massage Chinese (qineizang) and Japanese (anpuku) traditions – March, 19th-21st, 2027 with two specialists

16 Jul, 2026
Reading Time: 3 minutes

Over three days, immerse yourself in the heart of Japanese and Chinese abdominal healing traditions during this exceptional workshop in Zagreb, bringing together two complementary and profound approaches: Anpuku and Qi Nei Zang. We will explore over a hundred techniques to improve your ability to treat the abdomen.

What to expect?

Each morning will be devoted to Anpuku, an ancestral Japanese art rooted in the traditions of Anma and Shiatsu. Through an in-depth exploration of the techniques described in the renowned Anpuku Zukai, you will discover a precise, structured, and deeply regulating touch. Anpuku helps harmonize internal functions, stimulate the circulation of Ki, and develop a refined, sensitive diagnostic approach through the abdomen. This practice cultivates presence and palpatory sensitivity—essential qualities for any practitioner.

In the afternoons, the focus shifts to Qi Nei Zang, a Taoist approach dedicated to releasing visceral and emotional tension. Through deep work on the internal organs, this practice supports detoxification, transforms emotional patterns, and restores overall vitality. Qi Nei Zang encourages a more intuitive touch, listening closely to internal movement and energetic resonance. In this workshop, we will cover Level 1, corresponding to the Thai approach to Qi Nei Zang.

Alternating between these two practices offers a rich and complementary understanding of the abdomen as a vital center—physical, energetic, and emotional. This workshop is a rare opportunity to explore two great traditions, guided by two experienced teachers, in an environment that supports both learning and integration. You will leave the training with dozens of practical techniques.

For who?

This workshop is open to massage therapists, bodyworkers, shiatsu practitioners, beauticians, practitioners, and students of all manual techniques. It will allow you to expand your skills with a wide range of techniques, refine your perception, and deepen your relationship to touch.
